Rotana Hotel is at a 1 minute walking distance from the metro, a couple of stations away from Dubai mall (and Khalifa tower) and - opposite way - Dubai Trade Center. It is surrounded by some nice restaurants and shops. Personnel is really professional and welcoming. I had a very comfortable experience with the stay. Even when I had few problems, they helped me solving them quite quickly. Rooms were clean and spacious, and also the maintenance and cleaning staff were extremely kind.

Breakfast was not included, but it was worth paying for it. With breakfast included I would have given 5 stars for value for money, although I may not know the average price for that service in Dubai. The staff are very helpful and welcoming.

We got upgraded from club room an extra large club room. The room very clean and had a sperate lounge.

So my husband was happy as he could watch different programs. The snacks every day were very nice and different every day. Evening snacks and tea was very good. Service at both times very good. Only negative at breakfast the tables for 2 were too near each other you could not go past without touching the other table. Breakfast was good. Overall good location and good hotel to stay in.
