Dragon Pals Review
In Dangerous Golf, you’re not striving for Par or aiming for a Birdie — you’re playing for points awarded for causing damage. It’s about smashing the place up and then banging the ball into the hole by pulling off an outrageous trick shot. Break enough stuff and you can power up the ball, turn it into a fireball. Dangerous golf review. The only thing impressive about Dangerous Golf is the amount of stuff in it. There’s tons of literal stuff—sculptures and gas pumps and toilets—which is all modeled well and smashes into great. Dangerous Golf simplifies the act of taking a shot by putting the focus squarely on the aiming, which reinforces its accessibility and keeps its momentum fast-paced. Demanding equal parts finesse and intuition, golf is a sport few will ever master. A poor swing here, a bad lie there, and even the most passionate golfer can see their enjoyable pastime turned into an exercise in anger management. Dangerous Golf, on the other hand, eschews precision in favor of chaos. Dangerous Golf is a weird game. On paper it sounds perfect, exactly what I would want from the guys that made t-boning cars so much fun. However, in practice it feels empty. Nothing about it screams “one more hole.”.
